After staying the night on the boat, following a lovely Saturday sail, we stopped for breakfast in Anacortes and then headed to in La Conner where the Tulip Festival was in fulll swing. Willow was in no mood to tiptoe through the tulips, but she did enjoy a ride on Grandpa Elliott’s shoulders and her father’s shoulders
