Hood Canal & Olympic National Forest

President’s Day weekend we had no plans, so on Saturday we drove south down to check out the Hood Canal and then we hooked west and headed up the eastern side of Olympic National Park.  Along the way, we found snow and some delicious oysters, but unfortunately, no free hotel rooms.
